Roles and Responsibilities :

Review and understand IT Technical job requirement.

Create detailed job descriptions.

Candidate should be aware about latest trends and technologies in the market.

Must have worked upon Vanilla and Niche IT Requirements.

Job Posting/Searching on Job Portals and Social websites.

Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.

Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.

Format resumes meeting client expectations.

Follow up with candidates.

Experience in end to end Recruitment process.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience in sourcing the profiles using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIN.

Candidate must be aware of the following IT Technologies

Java, PHP, .Net, Android, IOS, Magento, ROR, Angular, NodeJS, React JS, Mean Stack, MERN, AWS, Azure, PL/SQL, SQL DBA, etc.
