Position:Branch ManagerQualification : Graduate/ Post GraduateExperience : min4 years experience in Stock market (broking)Preferred : Candidates with sales or Dealing experience in financial sector will be preferred.Reponsibilty:Managing the Branch and generate appropriate revenue for the branchSkills Required
  • Should be able to Manage the team
  • Good communication in English local language
  • Energetic and willing to travel.
Must have NISM certificateJob Description
  • Acquisition of new clients (Demat / trading a/c"s: Equity/Commodity / Currency).
  • Selling Investment product like Demat A/c, Mutual Fund, PMS, Life Insurance.
  • Holding Participating in events for lead generation activities.
  • Maintaining client relationship HNI
  • Generating references from existing clients.
  • Managing the team of stoff employed in the branch (around 8-10)
Compensation
  • Salary: upto Rs. 45,000/- p.m. depending upon candidates skills profile
  • Monthly Incentives based on performance
