We are urgently looking for Assistant manager Marketing Real estate sector.
Job location: Hinjewadi, Pune
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Qualification: Any graduate (MBA marketing preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Co-ordination with advertising agency
Co-ordination with vendors till execution
Periodic update on website i.e price,offers,banners
Periodic checking of social media activities
Deriving quotation from vendors
Planning marketing activities & events
Updating all site branding & hoardings periodically
Planning for effective customer engagement
Negotiation with vendors for getting best prices
Ensuring best customer service experience
Maintaining monthly projectwise reports
Tracking reviews, social media pages,etc
Managing expenses according to marketing budgets
Checking marketing material inventory
Procuring of marketing material
Management of leads database
Tracking monthly marketing expenses
Ascertaining footfall to conversion ratio
Analysing the effective medium for generating maximum leads
Cost Reduction Management
Evaluate market trends and competitors moves
Efficient resource management
Forecasting events prior to special days,festivals,etc
Study current market dynamics and communication content
Marketing Operations:
To evaluate marketing campaigns and prepare activity reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales data for the campaign effectiveness.
To monitor competitor activity, market trends, collect competition data, new project information, pricing, and advertising etc.
Responsible for website content and specifications update
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
