Looking US IT Recruiters with 2 to 12 years experience in US IT Staffing

Any degree is fine for this position, but resource must have good communication skills

Recruiter Job Responsibilities:

  • Builds applicant pool using tools such as Dice, Career Builder, Monster, and other job boards; as well as establishing relationships within the community to develop additional sources for qualified applicants.
  • Researching and contacting employment agencies, social media, and internet sites; providing organizational information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Arranges interviews between applicants and clients by coordinating schedules.
  • Evaluates applicants by thoroughly discussing job requirements, screening applicants on a consistent set of qualifications, and using online testing tools.

Expected Start Date: 1/7/2021

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
