Job responsibilities:

Source, identify, attract, secure, and close qualified candidates for various positions.
Post job requirements on multiple job sites to locate suitable candidates.
Manage Contract to Hire, Full-time, and contract roles for diverse clients.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and maintain a comprehensive resume database.
Identify potential candidates online and assess their interest in job profiles and company culture.
Negotiate offers and terms with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews, keeping track of candidate responses and shortlisting profiles.
Utilize advanced Internet search and recruitment techniques for direct candidate sourcing.
Participate in daily recruitment meetings to address challenging positions and brainstorm solutions.
Handle requirements across various technologies such as Java/J2EE, Microsoft Technologies (.NET), QA Automation Testing, Database Administration, System/Network Administration, TDM/PM, SAP, Cloud Technologies, etc.
Collaborate with recruitment/account managers to understand and fulfill new requirements.
Utilize job portals like JobDiva, Dice, Monster, etc., to search for candidates and validate their suitability before submission.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and recruitment/account managers until purchase orders are secured.

Should be Capable of performing all assigned job responsibilities.
