Working Experience in VMS (Vendor Management System) Like IQ Navigator. Proficient in VMS Portal.
Strong working Experience with US Job Portals Like Monster, Career Builder, Dice, CB Edge, Tech Fetch, X-Ray Linkedin, Linkedin Search, Google Search, Social Networking Search, ATS Tool Job Diva, CeePal.
Working Experience with All US Tax Terms Like W2,1099,C2C.
Working Experience with All the Job Types in US Fulltime(FTE),Contract, Contract to Hire(C2H)
Extensive experience in sourcing candidates from job sites/Job Portal like USA Monster, Dice, USA Career Builder, Computer Jobs and LinkedIn.
Deft at working with Hiring Managers to define job requirements, outline job postings, and develop new sourcing strategies.
Managing full cycle recruitment activities inclusive of posting positions, prescreening and interviewing candidates, obtaining leads and reference checking, client interview arrangements, closing and offer preparation.
Tracking, analyzing and prioritizing resume along with working on the Oracle SCM Position and Oracle DBA Positions.
Preparing search strings, sourcing consultants and short-listing resumes based on the requirements.
Performed hands on end to end recruitment as an individual contributor.
Responsible for Screening to Delivering Candidates to respective jobs.
Responsible for final resume approval before submissions.
Responsible for Client service delivery for a variety of positions.
