We have openings in our organization for position of "Research Analyst (Primary & Secondary)."
The job profile involves giving outbound B2B calls and interacts with key people in the Business enterprise globally for validating business information and simultaneously updating the data. The profile is for dual role wherein the candidate is also required to research data from different web sources.
Responsibilities:

  • Outbound B2B Customer Interaction.
  • Contact business enterprises across the globe and validate key business information over the telephone.
  • Required to do internet searches to acquire staff and company contact details through different online sources.
  • Acquiring consent from Staff regarding Acceptances of marketing emails from the client.

Skills:

  • Candidate should be a graduate.
  • Knowledge of using search engines.
  • Well acquainted with MS office skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Should have the willingness to learn and work in shifts (between 9:00AM to 10:00PM)
  • Team Player.
  • Candidates with 6 months- 1-year experience can apply.


Timings:9 hours Shift anytime between 09:00 AM till 10:00 PM with 1 hour break.
