Fund Raise - Equity and Debt Raise/Venture

Finance Modeling - 5-yr strategic finance model, Organic vs Inorganic choices, Build vs buy

M&A

Investor Reporting & Board Management - MIS, Quarterly reporting, regular connects and relationship building

Investor Relations - Exploring new relationships, attending conferences, presence in all investor interactions with founders

Strategic Partnerships


Desired Candidate Profile

Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree with 12-18 years of experience.

Should have worked with Investors.

Effective oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to efficiently communicate financial results to both financially and non-financially oriented persons.

Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills.

Worked in the BIG 5 will be added advantage
