Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead a team with more than 5 members
  • Handle small and medium projects independently
  • Collaborates and communicates with internal and outsourced development partners regarding software applications design status, project progress, and issue resolution.
  • Review and understand functional requirements to be able to conceive and present prototypes focusing on workflow and usability.
  • Mentor team members to improve technical capabilities and project management skills
  • Prepare estimation for the work.
  • Manage Risks & Issues

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should possess good communication and leadership skill.
  • Should be able to independently design, develop, support and maintain Software Applications.
  • Should have a track record of delivering high quality work on time

Key skills

  • Expertise in Asp.Net MVC, Entity Framework
  • Hands on experience in MSSQL, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Experienced in Web based application development
