Unacademy is one of India’s largest online platforms with over 2000 daily live classes and more than 50 million active learners. We are present in more than 40 Test Preparation Categories like UPSC, IIT- JEE, NEET UG etc and have also made a mark in the K-12 segment.
At Unacademy, our goal has been to democratize education and make quality education accessible to everyone. We have a platform where we are able to bring the best and elite educators and provide free access to our learner base across India. We also have a subscription model which helps us enable live learning in structured long-duration courses, mentorship / doubt resolution / test series for learners along with a lot more value-adds. We are now planning to launch an up-skilling/re-skilling track for careers in Digital Marketing.

Job role:
  • Take ownership for development and evaluation of our new skill based curriculum. The content and delivery should be designed such that we promote application of skills rather than knowledge of the same.
  • Identify and lead a team of subject matter experts, educators and content creators who will assist in curriculum development and delivery.
  • Work with multiple teams to ensure that the learning objectives and learner experience is best in class by leaps and bounds
  • Provide in-class support and mentoring to educators using designated curricula, including coaching on teacher strategies, help connecting to outside speakers on resources, and assistance in leading classroom activities and lessons.

  • Minimum experience of 10 - 12 yrs either in Academia or in performance marketing or a combination of both. Highly passionate about knowledge sharing and learning outcomes
  • Intelligence around best practices and current trends in the massively growing universe of digital marketing
  • Ability to work with senior management on critical business initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • High energy, confidence, and a capable self-starter; can operate with limited supervision.
