Roles and Responsibilities


Action for Social Advancement (ASA) is a national level NGO head quartered at Bhopal working for the livelihoods improvement of rural poor in over 1700 villages in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Bihar since 1996. It works for ensuring livelihoods of poor small farmers, mainly tribal and women, involving activities of participatory natural resources development, Agriculture productivity enhancement and Agribusiness development for small holder farmers. Accountant - Location - Ranapur (Jhabua, MP), Jobat & Nanpur (Alirajpurm, MP), Mehendwani (Dindori, MP), Batauli (Sarguja, CG), Nowgaon and Bijawar (Chattarpur, MP) and Jatara and Digora (Tikamgarh, MP)

Preparation of cash book, ledger, bank reconciliation statement, trial balance, etc.
Daily Banking works and daily cash Transactions (Payments)
Date Entry
Preparation of Financial Statements
Preparation of Professional Tax, TDS Return, Income Tax & EPF workings
