Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire billing and invoicing process for our SaaS subscriptions
  • Track and record all company expenses, ensuring proper categorization and adherence to accounting standards
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
  • Close the monthly and quarterly books according to established deadlines
  • Generate key SaaS metrics such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and churn rate
  • Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards for management review
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Liaise with external auditors during annual audits
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant tax regulations and accounting best practices
