Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives (CInI), an associate org of Tata Trusts, collaborates with rural-tribal communities to bring about positive and sustainable change. Our programs, including Livelihoods, WATSAN (water, sanitation & hygiene), Education, Sports, and SustainPlus, are designed to support livelihoods and development. We aim to understand the aspirations of communities and build a fostering ecosystem to create a promising future for all.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts and Finance Manager (Chartered Accountant) at CInI - Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives, Tata Trusts. The Accounts and Finance Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting,audit and compliances. They will ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage internal controls. The Accounts and Finance Manager will also liaise with external auditors and provide financial advice and support to the organization.

Experiance : 1-5 years.
Location : Jamshedpur(Tatanagar)
Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the non-profit sector or rural development projects is a plus
