工作内容

We are looking for a candidate capable of undertaking mentioned Roles and Responsibilities.

- The candidate should have thorough knowledge in Tally and capable of handling

Day-To-Day Transactions:
1) Day to Day account maintenance in Tally
2) Maintain all account books in Tally
3) Validate all supplier invoices and send for payment approval
4) Follow up pending payments
5) Handle all bank related work like KYC, Compliances, etc.,
6) Prepare forms for making Bank Wire transfer for import goods and submit to Bank

- Should have good knowledge in Export and Import Documentation Process and should be able to do
1) Prepare export and Import Documents
2) Collect all Shipping bills from ICEGATE

3) Collect all FIRCs from Payment banks
4) Map shipping bill and FIRC and submit to AD bank and collect BRCs from DGFT site submit to bank to close the transactions.
5) Claim RoDTEP from ICEGATE site

6) Ensure compliance with all RBI guidelines updated from time to time.

- Should know the basics of GST filing process and should be able to do

1) Monthly GST returns data consolidation and sends it to Auditor
2) Make sure all the suppliers filed the GST invoices which we have claimed. If not filed, follow up with suppliers and get it done

3) Maintain all GST invoices and other accounting documents.

- Should report to Office Daily (Mon-Sat) 10AM to 6PM.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Tax accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Export and Import: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Total: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Tamil, English (Preferred)
