As an accounting Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting operations of the company under the supervision of Company’s CFO and Finance Manager. You will support the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the companys reported financial results, and ensure reported results comply with accepted accounting principles and banking regulations. Must be able to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.



  • Ensure that purchasing and accounts payable are processed correctly
  • Ensure that sales invoicing and accounts receivable are processed correctly and in a timely manner
  • Calculate, analyze and report financial variances to company management
  • Provide financial analyses as needed
  • Provide all required reports and information to banking institution
  • Monitor debt levels and compliance within banking agreements

Required Candidate profile



  • Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and high motivation.
  • Good reasoning abilities. Sound judgment.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks in a deadline driven organization
  • Detail and Process oriented
  • An effective communicator, including the use of both verbal and written forms of communication, able to interact with various groups within the organization
  • Strong computer skills including working knowledge of MAC OS, MS Word, Excel and Power point. Must be familiar with MAC operating system.
  • A team-first oriented employee with professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn other functions as needed

MUST HAVE 1-2 YEARS’ OF QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE.



This position is located in Indore M.P.



Candidate should be willing to relocate in Indore.


Working hours are 4:30 PM to 1:30 A.M.
