The organization has a central office in Mumbai, 8 zonal offices, 109 divisional offices, and over 2000 fully computerized branches. LIC offers over 40 different plans catering to different segments of society including basic insurance plans and pension plans.

Role Description

The Agency Development Manager position is a full-time hybrid role located in Karnal with an option to work remotely as well. The role involves developing and managing a team of insurance agents and enhancing the overall sales and productivity of the agency. The Manager will be responsible for recruiting and training agents, supervising their sales activities, providing ongoing support and guidance, and streamlining agency operations to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience in the insurance industry preferred
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

Other desirable skills and qualifications include experience in digital marketing, familiarity with CRM tools, and fluency in regional languages.
