工作内容

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Application and Infrastructure Monitoring
  • Incident and Problem Management
  • Troubleshooting Knowledge.
  • Interact with Merchant, Bank, Partners and Gateway.
  • Update daily status with Lead.
  • Manage and deployment of code.
  • Manage Uptime of business systems
  • Providing technical support and ensuring that there is 24/7/365 environment monitoring for events/alerts

  • Strict SLA compliance at all stages
  • Proactively Monitor Infrastructure and Application Components to improved customer experience.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Perform and availability validations after scheduled changes and deployment
  • Documentation of policies, processes, procedures, SOP and knowledge base

Skills we can’t do without:

  • Customer facing experience.
  • Experience in working 24X7 Support Environment.
  • Experienced into deploying web application on IIS, Jboss and Apache.
  • Understanding logs in Java and .Net application.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux and Networking.
  • Knowledge of Monitoring tools Zabbix and others

Skills we’d like:

  • Having BSFI domain knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Java and .Net language.
  • Admin knowledge of Jboss and IIS.
