Job Description

In the Area Business Manager role, you will be :

Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network of Part time employees who will be called as Financial Consultants.

Training, motivating and driving these FCs to recruit advisors and sell insurance through them.

Ensuring quality of business and persistency.

Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions.

Providing pre and post sales service support.

Making the FCs and Advisors fulfill their financial goals.

Ensuring FCs and Advisors to use latest digital platforms and are engaged well towards productivity.
