Exp: 5-10 years; Experience Required 5 to 10 years, preferably in the Plumbing or Building Materials Industry like paints, building adhesives etc Required Qualification MBA from reputed college Must Graduate MBA Job Description Responsible for market penetration and revenue enhancement and would be focusing on sales of Pipes & Fittings and smart putty in Building Materials Industry through Channel Partners in the retail segments Key Responsibilities/Deliverables Driving the sales and market share in the region and ensure the sales target are achievement by his sales team. Undertake yearly & monthly detailed sales forecasting, planning and execution Driving both B2C sales in the region to achieve sales, market penetration and channel expansion targets Help develop and drive sales strategy by providing market information, insights, ideas and drive strategic initiatives Lead, develop and train his sales team. Prepare budget & monitor expenditure and drive certain BTL marketing activities Generate insights around competitors activities and provide inputs to corporate team. Should conduct regular reviews with the team to ensure targets are achieved. Managing the sales team of the region. Ensure to support and handhold them for marketing activities and market penetration
