Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidate who have prior experience in FMCG will be preferred
- Route / Beat Planning
- To appoint distributers and Handling of new distributor for marketing products.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast new sales and opportunities.
- Team Handling and Planning
- Responsible for ensuring secondary Sales.
- Management and update the details of retailer counters in Company’s software
- Making of sales report time to time
Key Skills
- Fantastic networking skills.
- Good communicator and have the ablility to convince distributers
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales at ASM post
- Deep market knowledge
- Knowledge of retail counters such as departmental stores, general merchant shops, confectionary shops etc.
- Knowledge of the local language is a must.
