Under Expansion Programme, We have an opening for the Post of Area Sales Manager in our company SR Medicare Pvt. Ltd.


Candidates from Pharma , Medical , Healthcare , should apply only.


Job Location - Saharsa, Purnea, Jamui, Munger, Lakhisarai, Bhagalpur, Biharshariff, Nawada, Deoghar, Patna,Muzafferpur


Area of Experience Required -


* Candidate should have 1 to 2 year of experience can apply

* Senior Medical Representative who has experience of more than 5 year can also apply


Key Responsibilities:

* Should be Vibrant, Self motivated, Positive mindset, Challenging, Proactive & Enthusiastic.

* Should have Strong Selling, Team Building and Leadership Skills with Excellent Communication
& Presentation

* Should be Good Business Planner & Implementer by involving, motivating and mentoring the
team.

* Should develop new and taking care of existing customer and Explore new opportunities while
continuing to add new customer.

* Should be able to Build and strengthen long term sustainable relationship with key accounts,
medical fraternity and opinion leaders.

* Should Provide market information (competition, potential and market data)

* Should be able to streamline distribution network effectively and ensuring Hassle free retailers
management, Short Expiry Liquidation management and minimize outstanding days.

* Maintain a Daily MIS report along with other weekly reports to track the Business activities -
Prepare action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets Target Industries

* Ensuring timely collection of payments Develop plan to achieve monthly target with HO
Coordinator and set daily / weekly /monthly targets for his team.
