1 Identifying potential Store Locations and generating leads through Real estate agents

2 Negotiating Rental and Advance terms with Building owners and ensuring smooth transactions

3 Preparing and delivering sales presentations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of the products or services

4 Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Store in charge, responding to their queries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner

5 Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers

6 Keeping up to date with market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to be able to offer value-added services to customers

7 Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, customer service and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience

8 Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and sales forecasts

9 Providing regular reports and updates on sales performance to management.

10 Meeting or exceeding sales targets by promoting and selling products or services to customers

11 Building strong distribution network in and around stores

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
