3. Visiting / Meeting Clients
4. Preparation of Various reports
5. Payment entries
6. Preparation of invoices
7. Handle commercial activities at location
8. Processing of sales order , credit note preparation , order cancellation preparation
9. Knowledge of dispatch of goods is required
10. Should deliver all management information reports within the assigned time frame
11. Coordinating with Account dept. relating to the above mentioned commercial functions of the dept.
12. Follow up for collection and customer visits for reconciliation and collection.
13. To keep the outstanding of customers within the prescribed norms.
