Maintain compliance and HR MIS trackers

Recuritment of dedicated positions on rolls/ off rolls at the location

Training and employee engagement activites for on rolls/ off rolls.

Daily Customer location visit/ travelling for audits/trainings/Supervisor Engagement

Statutory compliance (PF/ESIC)/ Payroll/ Employee Grievance Handling of business location

Management of contract labour/ manpower outsourcing by complying with statutory requirements

Ensure proper compliance of various obligations under various labour law as applicable to the organisations

HR business partner,Knowledge of IR, HR Compliance, Branch HR Operations
