• Knowledge in the understanding site layout drawings, structural drawings, interior drawings, technical specifications, bill of materials
• Conversant of all packages of structural, finishes
• Working understanding of services
• Advanced knowledge in Autocad, or E-PLAN.
• Commissioning site experience

Work quality, safety, policy adherence

• Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.
• Ensure that the workers adopt safe working methodology.

Candidate Specification

• Qualification: Diploma /BE/BTech in Civil Engineering
• Industry: Real Estate/ Commercial Buildings/Healthcare
• Functional Area: Project Management/ Site Engineers
• Skills: In-depth technical and supervision skills related to Civil works (sub-structure, superstructure with high end specification like 5-star hotel, hospital, commercial buildings, residential building). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline

Job ProfileSchedule planning and adherence

• Analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work, calculate quantities and prepare.
• Develop Action, corrective action plan, and Recovery plans to support program delivery on time.

Budgeting support, coordination and MIS reporting

• Coordinate with the central design team on all aspects of the design.
• Support the Project Manager and Planner with cost inputs, measurement of Billing quantities
• Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with Main Contractor and Client to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
