ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the India Commercial Ops’ strategic and operational goals, help them achieve their revenue goals
Effectively manage a portfolio of orders for various types of customers (direct and indirect, India), ensuring that they get all delivered within the customer requested delivery dates
Demonstrate high commitment in resolving customers issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Support the Customer Contract/Tenders and Customer Quotes /Sales Support teams to serve efficiently our customers
Improve partnership with our Sales team, our Customers and our Channel Partners to enhance our quality of service
Take leadership in creating and implementing standard work and best practices with a continuous improvement attitude
Leverage and ensure that DBS tools are properly leveraged and used
Attend daily meetings with the rest of the team with a continuous improvement attitude to drive process improvements, efficiencies and drive customer satisfaction
Team with other Support functions such as Demand Planning, Logistics, Tech Service to maintain a strong collaboration geared towards maintaining or enhancing customer satisfaction
Provide SAP and business specific trainings to new employees
Work with automation and SAP IT team to identify the SAP improvements and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) opportunities. Create detailed business requirement document, conduct rigorous user acceptance testing (UAT) and take active participation in implementing change management related to SAP changes and RPA
Identify and resolve Order Management issues, work in close collaboration with the Customer Contract/Tenders and Customer Quotes /Sales Support teams to make the Order Management process leaner
Work with Finance, Sales, Legal and other departments to develop expertise in the team around Order Management process
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high-performance.
