Caution against fraudulent job offers!

We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte India (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.

We would like to clarify that:
At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.

What you will do:
The DU India Digital and Innovation Manager will be responsible for supporting the development, planning, and execution of digital transformation projects and drive innovation to elevate the experience for DU guests ad stakeholders. They will work with the DU India leadership, PMO Analyst, SMEs, and other support teams to deliver the right solution for our learners, guests, development teams, and businesses.

Individuals in this role will be responsible for key activities related to digital transformation and innovation:

Actively develop and shape digital opportunities for innovation in DU guest and client experience.
Lead the development of new fit-for-purpose digital solutions to improve learning outcomes and guest experience.
Work with the right stakeholders to interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.
Champion the digital transformation tools and conduct workshops for relevant teams within the organization.
Use data, analytics, and insights to design and measure engagement of DU guests at the moments that matter most to them—both digital and in-person.
Build strong relationships across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various businesses and teams and at senior levels.
Promote a positive, curious, innovative environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

4+ years of related/relevant experience in L&D

Key skills

Human-centered design: Adoption of design thinking approaches and mindsets to solve complex challenges.

Change management: Management of governance and stakeholders to support successful outcomes for digital transformation initiatives.

Growth mindset: An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen.
Project Management: Ability to apply project management processes such as stakeholder management, risk management, scope management to large solution designs.

Communications: Articulately and passionately present digital/innovation concepts to senior stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
