Inviting applications for the role ofAssistant Manager, ETL Consultant!
We are looking for Data Engineering /ETL Consultant who would be responsible to design the Data Warehousing Architecture/solution considering security governance, application hosting, data management, high availability for a life sciences account. He/She will be responsible to collaborate with Data Scientists, BI developers, and data analysts to manage data processes. Cross and merge the barriers that exist between development, testing, operations teams, and keep existing infrastructure in mind as they design, plan and test.

 Responsibilities
  • Work with large data sets and proficient using of Analytical functions.
  • Perform development role in DataBricks, Python & Snowflake.
  • Work with multiple source systems like - On premises, cloud, big data, real time, online, etc.
  • Build new ETL workflows or manage existing periodic refreshes.
  • Ability to recommend architecture standard methodologies related to ETL, ELT, BI, and the life-cycle of an EDW solution.
Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Good knowledge of Data integration, data storage and data processing solutions like spark, Databricks, Kafka etc.
  • Pharma commercial analytics domain knowledge is mandatory.
  • Data Warehousing experience with implementation of ETL solutions using DataBricks, Python & Snowflake.
  • Good understanding on writing shell scripts.
  • Should be able to understand requirements analysis then, build and deliver the solution.
  • Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Communication Skills
  • Worked with large data sets and proficient using of Analytical functions.
  • Experience with systems scripting languages: Batch Scripts, PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of distributed architecture and systems.
  • Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Communication Skills
  • DataBricks certified is a plus.
