工作内容

As part of Supply Chain Planning personnel, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders and drive the planning process for Large Supply Chain City Logistics function. You will be responsible for:

  • Capacity Planning: Drive the capacity planning & forecasting process for the First Mile in large supply chain.
  • Analytics and Automation: Work on analytics projects, prepare reporting dashboards and automate the planning process and reports.
  • Network design and optimization: Responsible for setting up and optimizing the distribution network (Location of new hubs, long term infra requirements etc)
  • Custodian of the Annual Operation Plan for Supply Chain
  • FM Metrics tracking: Track Plan vs Actual and take proactive steps to avoid leakages in the system.
  • Drive projects to increase productivities at CL, improve customer SLAs, reduce cost leakages and cost per units.

B tech. / BE from top tier institute with 2-3 years of total experience, with background in Data analytics / operations planning

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Strong Technical Skills : SQL, R, Python
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • Ability to organize, to manage, and to prioritize tasks
  • Strong program management skills and ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
