We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment professional — with 12+ years of experience in managing end to end recruitment

The opportunity

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to derive insights from data and turn ideas into action. You will propose and execute programs(s) in the areas of Employer Branding, Diversity, recruiting tools, automations and track progress to goals to ensure the most impactful results. Partner closely with Business Operations Managers, Hiring Managers and TA to help build the sourcing strategies and partner with the internal stakeholders to execute on that plan. Will be an Individual contributor role.

Attract top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India), by creating innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent.

Your key responsibilities

  • Proven project/program management experience from Talent Acquisition & Sourcing·
  • Established experience in recruiting specially Analytics or Technology domain
  • Experience using data to drive sound decision making; strong analytical skills ·
  • Experience delivering projects for large, cross-functional audiences ·
  • Ability to deliver successful programs/change management from conception through business case to implementation, measurement and ongoing management ·
  • Experience cultivating strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple levels and functions ·
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner ·
  • Manage stakeholders including senior leaders and build strong relationships


To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 12+ years of proven recruitment experience in IT industry
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience in matrixed organization
  • Experience in developing hiring strategy for the competencies based on the forecast and propose achievable plan
  • Build talent landscape to meet the hiring needs
  • Build and manage highest performing team


Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Responsible for building new age/cost effective sourcing capability within the team
  • Ensure all positions are closed in time and within the budgeted cost
  • Responsible for tracking and measuring all metrics
