Content-related role to support PreSales Global Content Strategy by creating and maintaining CEx Templates


What You’ll Do

Engage with, and support, Presales customer opportunities Interest in industry and value based research that drives customer messaging Identify best in class content for reuse Develop and curate Presales knowledge management content Document and share delivery methodology best practices Create and update deliverable templates taking into account differing document formats and regional specifications Ability to participate, contribute, and in some cases, lead multiple disparate efforts Edit customer ready documents in PPT and Word, providing a concise message with enhanced graphics Provide grammatical reviews and edits to documents in English Identify and prioritize the content needs of the team and other internal stakeholders Develop and evolve customer facing collateral, standard templates and toolsets, white papers, etc. Deliver consistency and alignment of content/tools applied in the field Align and integrate content with marketing, product management, industry cloud, etc. Help enable the field to execute core processes more efficiently and effectively Package contEnable extended team members to scale content and methodology (sales, solution consultants, customer care execs, etc.) Identify and prioritize the content needs of the team and other internal stakeholders

Who You Are

5-9 years of solution specialist (or equivalent customer facing) experience preferred in areas appropriate to the job Excellent presentation and communication skills Background in working in matrixed environments Should have excellent English communication skills (both written & verbal)
