Qualification & Experience:

  • The candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech and/or advanced degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience of drafting responses to Examination Reports preferably at a law firm.
  • Patent Agents Preferred (not mandatory)

Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Drafting responses to Examination Reports / Office Action (for US, EP and/or India jurisdiction).
  • Attending hearings at the Indian Patent Office.
  • Reviewing and mentoring other team members for drafting responses to Examination report / Office actions.
  • Interacting with and advising clients on prosecution strategies.

Skill Set Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within and with the team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines with minimum supervision.
