Hiring Asst. Manager / Manager- Business Analytics for a dairy based products manufacturer in Kolkata!

Position: Asst. Manager / Manager- Business Analyst
Job Location: Kolkata
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to implement data enrichment processes to improve sales
team’s performance.
  • Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights that support data-driven
decision-making for the sales and executive leadership teams.
  • Drive process improvement and recommend all aspects of Salesforce CRM including workflow, reporting, data integrity and
maintenance.
  • The incumbent should be comfortable with using maps and have the ability to analyse location-based information and
report and recommend accordingly.
  • Tracks financial status by monitoring variances from plan.
  • Tracks Cost through Management Information System, the targeted cost vs actual costs for departments like Sales,
Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Operations, Legal, Human Resources, IT.
  • Assist the Managing Director in conducting monthly, quarterly, & annual reviews with an effective and efficient use of MIS.
  • Determines financial status and balance sheets by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
  • Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
  • Developing automated applications; eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements.
  • Provides information to the Managing Director by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making
presentations of findings, analyses and recommendations.
  • Engage and work with aligned operations teams and lines of business to more effectively achieve data needs and analysis
results.
  • Apply quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers.
