He should be having a Degree in B.E/B.TECH ( ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING)

Brief Job Description
Experience in PROJECT erection, installation and commissioning .
Day to day management and execution of site, monitoring the workers and
the work of contractor/subcontractors; planning the work and efficiently
organizing the plant and site facilities. .
Ensure overall project completion within stipulated timelines. .
Liaison between engineers and clients .
Liaison with Customer for approvals & Inspections. .
Required to travel & stay at various Work Locations Knowledge & Skill
requirement .
Knowledge in Site management .
Ability to Manage people .
Good communication and coordination skills
