  • Development of Instrumentation & cluster systems, various interlocks and warning system
  • Integration of cluster
  • Preparation of reports
  • Shall be involved in building and testing prototype units in the workshop and also out in the field. You will also be involved in ongoing product development, testing, fault finding and debugging.
  • Electronic system design for automotive, demonstrable practical skills building and testing prototype units etc.
  • Positive attitude, creativity & innovation and Problem Solving ability.
  • Ability to work as part of a team. Good communication skills / Commitment & Self-Motivation.
  • Shall be responsible for formulation of Technical specification, scope finalization of various electrical systems and aggregates, including wiring harness installations for the company’s products.
  • Design and Development of CAN / Cluster based instrumentation, electrical system, and entire vehicle wire harness and power cables for OFF-Highway or special purpose vehicle.
  • Identification of proven sources for electrical aggregates, parameters sensing system, lighting system, control units, Telematics / navigation system, automotive power packs etc.
  • Designing wiring harnesses from scratch suitable for amphibious operation having suitable protection against ingress of water and dust, preparation of production documentation and prototype wiring harnesses.
  • Proto development and integration of all electrical systems of vehicle, testing and validation.
  • Shall be involved in testing prototype units in the workshop/out in the field. You will also be involved in ongoing product development, in-house/outdoor testing, fault finding and debugging.
  • Shall be responsible for preparation of reports and technical manuals like parts catalogue, Operation and Maintenance manuals etc.
