Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Hill Town Coffee located in Ooty. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers, taking customer orders, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cafe. The Barista will also provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry
  • Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and espresso machines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Food safety certification is a plus
