Handling a team of Sales Managers .
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Manager and support staff to ensure that they meet their individual sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and professional development within the branch
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, and drive growth of the agency channel.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies and procedures.
Analyze and report on branch performance and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
Represent the company in community events and industry conferences, building and maintaining a positive reputation for the brand.
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the life insurance industry and the agency channel.
