Job Description

Manage end to end branch operations including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales

Liaise with the Head Office and ensure 100% compliance to policies processes

Prepare MIS other reports to closely measure branch performance and help achieve branch target and goals

Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately Address customer satisfaction issues promptly Network with stakeholder and influence leaders in the branch area to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company

Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities Stay abreast of competitors and provide reports on market movement and competitive intelligence

Recruit, onboard, mentor, review, train develop and retain staff in the branch area.

Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws

Should have 2-3 years of experience as Asst. Branch Manager or Branch Manager preferably in personal loans or microfinance segment in commercial banks, small finance banks or NBFCs

Thorough understanding of credit underwriting and credit operation processes Fast learner and flair for problem solving

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude for numbers and eye for detail Excellent knowledge of MS Office
