工作内容

Only Graduate Candidates from Insurance will be preferred with minimum 2 to 3 years experience.


Roles and Responsibilities

1) Operations support to HR, Agency, Customers, Claims, Compliance team and channel partners

2) Training on new process and initiative.

3) New Business Management - process new business, coordinate with agents, customers for pending resolution, prepare and share MIS with Sales, zone, HR and Channels.

4) Cash and Customer Service Management and drive new process improvement.


Desired Candidate Profile

Should be good in communication skills and team work skills.

Should have creative thinking, relationship building skills and decision making skills.
