THE POSITION
PRO Unlimited’ s Strategy, Analytics, and Metrics team is looking for a consulting-caliber business professional to join our
team. The role will be remote with occasional visits to the office when required and will work on projects with other analysts
globally so, the individual needs to work well in both an autonomous and a team setting. The role would be ideal for someone
with a dual technical competency and developed interpersonal skill as will require internal stake holder and client facing
interaction.
We are looking for someone with an ability to be self-taught and to enhance an existing base of both technical and soft skills
and adapt to the internal processes and programs. The role will have autonomy and will fit a self-motivated candidate who
operates well independently and can trail-blaze creative and unique approaches.
The candidate must have an internal drive to excel and long-term vested interest in developing their career within a fastpaced,
flexible and industry leading organization with a very diverse client base including some of the world’s largest companies. The analyst would be exposed to a variety of different industries that PRO supports including: Financial Services, Technology & Social Media, Healthcare, Big Pharma, Real Estate, Major Consumer Products, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, among others.
The role is in a fast-growth region where you will be assigned a localized portion of global Fortune-500 clients, where on
occasion collaborative global projects are undertaken.
DAY IN THE LIFE
The position requires a strong analytical thinker who is adaptable and comfortable working with large data sets and can
Translate complex metrics into a presentable story that is understandable by multiple levels of the internal and client
organization.
As a base point the position requires an advanced level of skill with Microsoft Excel (ideally including power pivot and power
query) and a working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and the MS Office Suite. The analyst will also be given the
opportunity to learn how to create executive-level dynamic dashboards using PRO’s BI tool.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Apply critical thinking and advanced data analysis techniques to provide analytical support for client requests
  • Identify trends in large datasets that will enable the client to adjust strategic direction
  • Create detail-oriented presentations designed to inform client management of quarterly achievements of their contingent labor program
  • Create data visualizations that enable the reader to quickly reach actionable conclusions
  • Perform research to identify trends, interpret legislative news, and create market rate recommendations
  • Keep up to date with the industry, both contingent labor and the client’s industry
  • Keep up to date with your technical abilities
  • Work with internal and external customers to deliver on-target, value-added solutions and results to complex and strategic challenges
  • Identify areas for process improvement, both strategic and tactical
  • Build relationships with key client personnel
  • Work independently in detail-oriented environment
THE GROWTH

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • BA/BS with concentration or major in Accounting/Finance, Math, Science, Economics, Computer Science
  • Advanced Excel skills – pivot tables, nested if, index/match, sumifs, etc. (ideally expert level: VBA, power query/pivot)
  • Proficient at MS PowerPoint and the general MS Office Suite
  • Demonstration of self-taught skills (certified or not)
  • Experience in dashboard creation, visual analytics, and/or other business intelligence reporting tools
  • Experience of data modelling within any framework
  • Strong Interpersonal skills to work with the internal and external stakeholders
  • Personal commitment to excellence
  • Experience with TIBCO Spotfire or PowerBI is a plus
  • Advanced Degree (CPA, MBA, MS) is a plus
  • Understanding of advanced mathematical statistical analysis is a plus (regression, correlations)
  • Programming in Python is a plus (to a lesser extent R)
  • Understanding of star schema database theory is a plus
  • Experience with Machine learning/AI/Sentiment analysis is a plus
  • SQL and database info retrieval related knowledge or other is a plus
  • Experience in performing in-depth research and presenting findings
