We are hiring for a fast growing IT Networking Company with the following skill sets:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The ability to communicate well with both Clients and Internal Stakeholders.
  • Building good routine working relationships with clients.
  • In this role, the CRM should be an excellent communicator who is capable of grasping client needs and brainstorming ways to fulfill them.
  • Working to identify or develop upsell opportunities and convert leads to sales.
  • Drive Sales Plan and work efficiently to meet them including timely collections.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address Client’s needs, feedbacks and resolve issues, if any.
  • Analysis of Competition and initiate necessary intervention to retain clients
  • Ensure adherence of the contract terms including on time renewal of the Contracts/Agreements.

Desired Candidate Profile : We are looking for candidates with very good communication skills and confidence to impress the client with skill and domain knowledge in IT Networking Services/WAN Connectivity Infrastructure Development. An experienced client relationship and sales professional with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a medium to large size organization. Strong written and oral communication skills. Should be able to handle Sales pressure.

Expected Start Date: 26/7/2021

Salary: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
