Passionate for sales? We are looking for an ambitious and energetic business development manager to help us expand our agent network. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic B2B Sales career. Currently, we are looking for dedicated, dynamic, passionate, hard working. persevering, Business Development Manager to join our team to build a robust network of agents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new education consultants to expand the agent network
  • Evaluate prospective education agents
  • Set up appointment by cold calling other methods of communication (e.g. email)
  • Meet with agents face to face and develop relationships
  • Have a good understanding of the college service offerings and be able to advise agents about them
  • Develop associations and target various territories in Punjab, Gujrat and other cities through active networking and cold calling efforts
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new agents
  • Sales activity reporting on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
  • Monitor competition and keep up to date on market conditions

Desired Profile:

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in Business Development & Relationship Management
  • Experience in Education Industry is preferred
  • Diploma or a Degree in Sales & Marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Presentation Tools
  • Ability to research, build database and generate own leads
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Salary:

An attractive fixed salary + Incentive scheme will be offered
