Exp: 0-3 years; Below 30 years of age. Max 3 years of experience. Comfortable working in field sales/creating own leads. Must have some experience in selling a SaaS product worth 10K or more. Fluent in English - verbal and written. Can speak the local language. Following is the Role and Responsibilities of Business Development Manager Traveling Frequent traveling will be required. Both in-city an out-station. Must be from the Open location All traveling expenses will be paid by the company at standard industry norms Driving should be known and owning a vehicle (two-wheeler) will be given preference Requirements Good communication skills, ability to articulate thoughts in English & Local Language You must have sold some product services to generate revenue 0-3 Years of Direct Sales (Field Sales) experience Preference to people who have worked in short Sales cycles Street-smart attitude, highly motivated candidate Strong ownership attitude. You should be able to take responsibility for the role Own end to end Sales Cycle Sourcing leads, Meeting in-person / Virtual, Pitching offering & Converting College and grades are not selection criteria as long as you are sincere and hungry to learn
