The Sales Representative will have a range of primary responsibilities, which include but are not limited to initiating contact with potential clients and providing them with information about available investment opportunities, following up with potential clients, and closing sales within the specified sales cycle. To be an ideal candidate, you must demonstrate a strong commitment to completing daily tasks and surpassing targets, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to conversion and subscription, maintaining accurate and organized records of call information in electronic and digital formats, and staying up-to-date with market trends and consumer behavior to improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospects and guide them through the available investment opportunities.
  • Follow up intensely with prospects and close sales within the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a committed attitude towards completing daily inputs and outputs to exceed targets.
  • Manage the entire sales life cycle, starting from engaging with well-qualified leads to final conversion and subscription.
  • Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of call information in electronic and digital format.
  • Achieve monthly targets while meeting all input metrics targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with consumer and market trends to ensure better conversion.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have at least six months of experience in business development (B2C), a proven ability to self-start, take initiative, work collaboratively, and achieve results. The candidate should have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), a "go-getter" attitude, and a basic understanding of equity markets. Furthermore, the candidate should remain motivated and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Proficiency in Telugu is preferred.

Education:

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
