Job Description -

Canteen Management in shifts.
Ensure that the canteen contractor has a good service record.
Management of Shift canteen operations
Documents Checks & Verification
Shift supervisor supervision.
Input for MIS preparation
Implimentation of Policy / process as given by site manager
Canteen Compliances
Prepare the snag list and coordinate with concern deptt. to close points.
Checking of bill as per the daily count & arrangement for the payment .
Maintain the stock level of canteen store and procure as per requirement
Weekly menu should be prepared & finalized in advance.
Manage the Basic infrastructure for the canteen which is provided by the company.
Manage the Basic infra. for the canteen which is provided by the company.
Pantry Management & Event management
Canteen Operational knowledge as per with FSSAI & HACCP Guideline
