Sourcing Manager

Location: Mumbai

Note: Preferably somebody from Real Estate Background

Must have FM Background- handling procurement related activities

Handling Pan India Vendor Management.

Managing Procurement

Procurement (CAPEX / OPEX / SERVICES).

Centralized Payments - Processing all Pan India Invoices.

Vendor Development & Negotiations

Processing Work Orders/ Purchase Orders

Coordination with all branches in regards to documentation & approvals.

Managing Contracts, Renewals, etc.

Creation & Implementation of various New Policies for Pan India.

Handling all Administration activities for Head Office.

Maintain good working relationships with vendors and liaise with them regularly on various issues & challenges.

Organize Conferences, Meetings, Trainings and Employee Engagement Activities.

Arranging

Handling Branding Materials (Visiting cards, Vehicle branding & Printed Stationery).
