Experience with 5 years and above.
Capable to handle complete project.
Should be flexible to travel to other states.
Execution of work as per drawing and specifications.
Capable to make RA bill.
Should have Knowledge of studying drawing.
To guide the supervisors and workers for timely execution.
Work should be done as per government tender specification.
Advance planning of material.
Expenditure chart of project time to time.
Prior estimate of building/Project.
Procurement of material should be as per tender brand/specification and drawings.
salary depends upon experience which will be discussed and decided during the interview.
