Job Description:

· To conduct new hire training for nursing attendants/nurses/mother-baby carers in the regional language mandatory English, Hindi and city-specific regional language.

· To conduct a refresher training program for bottom performers & re-training for not certified and re joiners.

· To conduct on the job training at patient homes, on-bench training, conduct CNE and NGO training at our partner clients.

· Open to travel to other cities and conduct training for other Portea branches.

· To design, develop or update the content in order to meet business objectives.

· To have sound knowledge of customer service skills training to the clinicians.

· Good communication skills, proactive, adaptable to changes, flexible and open to learning creative tools and techniques.

Skill sets:

Content development, strong communication skills, enthusiastic, flexible with organizational requirements

Desired Candidate:

Expertise in Neonatal care, NICU, ICU and OPD in maternity unit

Location: Mumbai

Candidate Preferred: Male/ Female

Qualification: B Sc Nursing or M Sc Nursing preferred with minimum 3+ year of experience in Training.
