Cluster Manager - RAHI Care - Angul (Healthcare Preferred)

Location: Angul, Odisha

Experience Required: 10 - 12years

Salary: 3 - 4 Lakhs/ annum based on experience

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role in Angul for a Cluster Manager at Rahi Care Private Limited. The Cluster Manager will lead a team of medical professionals, handle daily operations, and ensure that patients receive high-quality care. The Cluster Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
• Training and supporting center managers as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
• Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
• Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
• Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
• Preparing - presenting monthly, quarterly, annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
• Dealing with escalated patient issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
• Govt. Liaisioning, Network development.
• Management of inventory (pilferage and shrinkage).
• Managing manpower regarding any leave and transfer on any center.
• Experience in handling more than 3 to 4 centers at a time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
