Job Title: Collection Coordinator

Location: Manesar

Saturday & Sunday’s fixed off (With cab Facility to a certain location)

Budget: up to 25k in hand

Shift: Night shift

Work from Home, cab facility after the pandemic

Free cab facility (to Dwarka, gurgaon, mehruali,sultanpur, Ghittorni, Mahipalpur, AF Rajokri, Rajorkri, Manesar and other near by location in Gurgaon and chattarpur(Saturday & Sunday’s are fixed off)

Contract Tenure: 1.5 year (will be extended after every 6 months till 1.5 years or can be an FTE of Client on the basis of performance)

Job Description:

Years of Experience at least 1.5yrs to 3yrs with B2B knowledge & O2c

Responsible for interfacing with customers, sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of outstanding invoices and receipts (On Account)

Responds to and /or aids internal customers and Agilent trade customers in areas such as product order fulfillment processes, customer service requests, product changes or returns, application assistance, accounts receivable collections, contract issues/administration or lease administration.

Determines and develops approaches to administrative customer service assignments Responsible for customer service tasks that require planning and judgment Solves a broad range of customer service problems varying in scope and complexity

*Proficiency in spoken and written English
*Good communication skills, with the ability to directly interface with external customers as well as internal departments.
*Customer contact: 80% Voice and email communication with the customer required.
*Required to work closely with Sales & Order management team to resolve customer queries
*Fair knowledge of Dispute resolution & Reduction management
*Daily follow-up on pending cases to maximize conversions
*Micro level daily tracking of accounts/leads along with account-level review
